There was nothing special about this intersection. Even from a bird’s eye view, it was a most common intersection, despite forming the crossroads of two of the most important city streets. One corner was occupied by a gas station, another – by a school, the third – by a bank, the fourth – by a bunch of small shops, a Laundromat and a shoe repair shop.
